Briefly discussing their collaborative work on "The Passion of Dr. Ludovicus," noting that Dowson has "absolutely no ideas as Chap[ter] IX -- & very few as to Chap[ter] X." Describing Brighton as "not so full as usual," and suggesting to Moore that they visit the theater the following week. Alluding to his affair with the barmaid called "Lena" and noting that he is "strenuously forbidden" from her place of employment.
